Cruelty... Plain EVIL! -by Ying Yi

As a dog lover, feel pity to read the news on a German Shepard 'neglected' by her owner .

Atually i'm planning to do a blog on this issue. However, after reading Ying Yi's blog, I decided to borrow the whole blog from her with her permision. Thanx Ying Yi.

The purpose to borrow her blog is to get as much people to sign the PETITION initiated by the SPCA to raise the cruelty fine . The SPCA needs a 100,000 signatures.

Did you read about the engineer who admitted to "neglecting" his German Shepard and letting it suffered was ONLY SLAPPED with a RM100 fine!!!

That brainless heartless Bas***d was charged with allowing his dog's health to deteriorate and its body infested with ticks and not providing appropriate medical attention.

Althought the vet tried to safe the dog, but it was too little too late, and have to put the dog to sleep to end its misery.

The reason for his negleting? and I quote "too busy with personal matters and house moving to look after the canine."

"The tick infestation was a small problem and there was enough food and water for the dog, which was already old and sickly anyway,” the Bas***d, told the court.

and he was slapped with ONLY RM100 fine!!!!! RM100!!!!

This has caused an outrage among the animal lovers.

So, fellow animal lovers, I STRONGLY URGE YOU to sign the PETITION initiated by the SPCA Malaysia to raise the cruelty fine. The SPCA needs a 100,000 signatures.
