first experience

yesterday i send my worker to Bank Simpanan Nasional to transfer the money to her family in Sabah.

as we pass the bank, we saw two long Q was there and wonder we need to do the banking today. my worker show the sour face cos if he dun send the money back, sure he'll be fucked.

this is the first time i walk in into the 'famous' Bank Simpanan Nasional in my area. first of all, i need to find the information counter cos i'll like to know whether they have the service of ATM money transfer.

after half day search, where the hell is the fucking counter? now i only know the 'famous' BSN has no so call information counter in my area.

ok. that's fine. then i find the numbering mechine for number taking.

omg, where the hell the fucking machine hide? searching hi and low, there is no so call 'numbering machine' in the famous BSN.

so, we need to do the traditional way as twenty years back-- Q up the long Q and wait for your turn.

i can't imagine this situation still can be happened. this is the worst bank i've enter.

luckly i am not using any service of BSN.
