Worst Bank!

I've been using one of the 'leading' bank so call R8B Bank for few years time.

after i've received my monthly current account statement, i noticed that there is a deduction of RM 5 for some ass hole service charge and no interest paid for several months!

as i know when i opened this account, the minimum amount of RM 2000 and the account holder will be given several amount of interest.

curiousity urged me to make a call the Balakong Branch to find out what had happened.

after few times tried and finally a malay lady picked up the phone.

the malay lady answered my question in the 'best' tone and 'best' word!!!!

i'm wondering is the bank lack of professional staff?

without any delay, i decided to close the account and all the transaction with this ass hole bank!

i transfered the money to other bank and for R8B Bank, hopefully u will close down due to your poor management and poor saving scheme!
